KING'S COLLEGE OLD COLLEGIANS' ASSOCIATION 

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

Notice is hereby given of the 125th Annual General Meeting of the King's College Old Collegians' Association (Inc). All members of the King's College Old Collegians' Association are invited to attend the AGM, which will be held at:  

The Clubhouse Staffroom, King's College  

6:30 PM, Wednesday 28 May 2025 

Please register if you plan to attend the AGM. 

Parking: Please enter King's College via the Golf Ave entrance and park in The Clubhouse parking area. Click here for King's College parking map.

Business of the Meeting 

The business to be conducted is set out in Clause 13.2 of the Constitution of the King's College Old Collegians' Association, as published on the KCOCA website. 

Key agenda items include: 

Election of a President, Vice President, and up to seven Executive Committee members. 

Nominations for these roles must be submitted to the KCOCA Executive Officer by Wednesday 14 May 2025.

Agenda Published: On or before Wednesday 7 May 2025 on the KCOCA website.  

AGM Papers Published: On or before Wednesday 21 May 2025, accessible to Old Collegian Members only (login required).

In the event that an in-person AGM is not possible on the date advertised, alternative arrangements will be announced on the KCOCA website.
