In the latest edition of the magazine we go back to the future, celebrating our history and the highlights of 2024 while looking to the future with stories and content from both the College and our Old Collegians and supporters.
- Maria Lamberto Calvo's Award - Our guest editorial is written by our Head of Languages Department who was awarded an Excellence in Teaching Languages Award earlier this year.
- Fit for Purpose - We celebrate the opening of our new Rolf Porter High Performance Gym which has already been warmly embraced by our students. This indoor facility now matches the exceptional outdoor sports fields at the College.
- From the Archives - Our Memorial Chapel 1925 - 2025 - Turning 100 years old in 2025, the spiritual heart of the College has evolved and adapted to the ever-changing world it serves.
- Farewell to Craig Macpherson - Craig started at King's in 1989 and during his time he has taken on many roles in teaching, the Houses and across sports teams. He is also the longest serving Housemaster at the College as he has been Peart Housemaster since 1991!
- Hugo Wigglesworth (Year 13, Major) - Kitesurfing World Record Holder. We talk to cover star Hugo about what it takes to achieve the highest-ever kitesurf jump.
- KCOCA Business Spotlight on Nailed It Nutrition - We talk to three recent Old Collegians Jack Carrick (Greenbank, 2017-2021), Tom Ogg (Selwyn, 2017-2021) and Tom McGuinness (Selwyn 2017-2021) about their new business venture.
