On Sunday 10 November the KCOCA held their first Cars and Coffee event. 

The response from our community was fantastic with over 50 cars, of all makes and models registered. It was a wonderful sight to see the cars making their way along Memorial Drive to take up positions for display on the fields and in front of the Chapel and Memorial Building. The King's College backdrop lent itself beautifully to the day, the weather held, and it was wonderful to see our community enjoying the opportunity to see the amazing vehicles up close. 

We look forward to making this event a permanent fixture in the KCOCA and College calendar. 

Congratulations to all our prize winners on the day, thank you to our judges for your attention, care and time and thank you also to our valued sponsor Meguiar's NZ for supplying the prizes. 

We also wish to give special thanks to the King's College Rowing Club students and families for all your hard work, fantastic food and for helping to create such a great vibe. Their involvement on the day was part of a fundraising campaign raising money to replace boats and equipment that were damaged in a fire last year.
